That’s why you can see senior citizens laughing their hearts out in the morning. For some, laughing comes naturally while many are deprived of it. Even putting up a smile on face becomes much of hard-work, so how would laugh be there. But one should laugh for numerous reasons listed below. 5.Laughing improves functioning of respiratory system too. It helps in fast as well as easy way out for regulating breathing and also flushes out lungs. 6.Laughter helps in enhancing creativity and a good source to greater degree of learning. Students tend to listen more to a teacher and learn from a teacher who uses laughter and humor in her classes. It breaks the monotonous routines and also makes them understand things in a much better way.
